A general membership meeting is scheduled for Sunday, December 11, 2005 at the Brown Derby Roadhouse at route 306 and interstate 90. Same building as the banquet, but we'll be in a smaller room in the front. Next year's president, treasurer and trustees will be elected at this meeting. Remember that this a board run club and these people will be making the decisions for the club.

Welcome to CKRA.org!

You've found the official web site for Championship Kart Racing Association, CKRA. We are a club of karters running the sprint asphalt road course at Thompson Kart Raceway.

Become involved! We are always looking for help in club operations. Not to say that we don't want to see more racers at the track, because we do, but not everyone has the budget or inclination. There are many other ways to be a part of the racing at Thompson Kart Raceway. Contact us to find out.

Feel the thunder at Thompson Kart Raceway!

This should improve safety at our track.

Restrictors will be available for sale at the track for those who don't have one. The CKRA board does not have a lot of experience with this class and will continue to revisit this issue in an effort to do what is best for the kids. Translation: If they are just too doggone slow, this decision could be reverted.
